We repair most models of printers, plotters and scanners for both the cad and graphics industries.

We can offer 4 & 8 hr response contracts throughout the whole of Mainland UK inc Scotland.

If you are a maintenance contract customer, our bespoke call handling system will rapidly confirm service eligibility and start the process to get your equipment functioning properly again with the minimum of delay - analysis by a suitably qualified technician, despatch from our central logistics of any parts which may be required and local engineer assignment. For non-contract customers, our wide range of service options will be explained to give you the fastest service, having consideration for your budget and the urgency you attach to the rectification of your problem. You may specify the response time you require, opt for a fixed price repair, request a guaranteed fix or chose any combination of the three.
